free domain registration or web hosting services. Clients are required to independently purchase:

•   A domain name
•   Web hosting services

These services are provided by a third-party provider,

including but not limited to SiteGround.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

Json Digital may receive a referral commission when clients purchase domain or hosting services

through recommended partners. This commission is earned at no additional cost to the Client and

does not affect the pricing offered by the third-party provider.

4. Scope of Services

The free website promotion includes:

•   Professionally design using templates
•   Mobile responsiveness
•   Contact form integration

The following are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing:

•   Custom development or advanced functionality
•   E-commerce systems
•   Ongoing maintenance or updates

Json Digital reserves the right to define the scope and limit revisions to a

reasonable number (typically up to two revisions).

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

•   Purchase domain and hosting services independently
•   Provide accurate business information, content, and materials
•   Respond to requests in a timely manner

Delays in communication may result in extended delivery timelines.

6. Ownership & Access

Upon completion:

•   The Client retains full ownership of their domain, hosting account, and website
•   Json Digital does not retain ownership or control over client assets

It is the Client’s responsibility to maintain access credentials and renew domain & hosting services.

7. No Guarantees

While Json Digital strives to deliver professional results, we do not guarantee:

•   Specific business outcomes
•   Search engine rankings
•   Lead generation or revenue increases

Website performance may vary based on market conditions and client usage.

8. Limitation of Liability

Json Digital shall not be held liable for:

•   Third-party service interruptions (e.g., hosting provider downtime)
•   Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
•   Client misuse or mismanagement of the website

All services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those explicitly stated.

9. Termination of Offer

Json Digital reserves the right to:

•   Modify or terminate this promotion at any time
•   Decline service to any client at its sole discretion

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta

and applicable federal laws of Canada.
